Golden Creek Reserve is proud to join the Del Mar Wine + Food Festival, bringing our Wagyu to the festival’s VIP experience alongside Chef Carlo Guardado.

From Our Pasture to the Festival

At Golden Creek, we believe exceptional beef begins long before it reaches the plate.

Our Wagyu is raised with intention on our Southern California reserve, with careful attention to genetics, nutrition, animal care and the land that sustains us. We raise only a limited number of cattle, allowing us to remain deeply connected to every step of the process.

For the Del Mar Wine + Food Festival, Chef Carlo Guardado will showcase Golden Creek Wagyu in the VIP area, creating a dish that keeps the beef at the center while giving festival guests a taste of what we have been building at the ranch.

It is a partnership that reflects an important part of the Golden Creek philosophy: bringing together the people who raise the food, the Chefs who understand it and the community that ultimately gathers around the table to enjoy it.
