Every harvest at Golden Creek begins long before it reaches your table.
Rather than choosing from anonymous inventory, you’re reserving an animal thoughtfully raised at Golden Creek. From our Wagyu cattle and heritage turkeys to other animals raised on the Reserve, you’ll know where your food came from, how it was raised, and when it will be ready.
We raise and harvest only a limited number of animals each year, allowing us to remain closely connected to every step of the process.
It’s a more personal way to bring food to your table, rooted in transparency, stewardship, and raising every animal with intention.

It may be too early to start cooking, but it’s never too early to become part of the tradition.
This holiday season, we’re sharing something that has long been part of life at Golden Creek: raising turkeys with care, patience, and respect for the land.
Our Golden Creek Turkeys are hand-raised in small numbers, growing naturally on quality grains, vegetables from our garden, and forage as they roam our spacious, oak-shaded paddocks.
Like everything we raise at Golden Creek, we believe in doing things thoughtfully, responsibly, and at a scale that allows us to care for every animal and the land that sustains them. That means only a limited number of turkeys will be available for the holidays.
