Hosted at ROCA, our Rancho • Outdoor • Culinary • Adventure property, this family-friendly gathering offers a rare opportunity to experience Golden Creek Reserve through food. Guests will enjoy a guided, multi-course tasting created by Chef Vinnie Schofield and Chef Claudia Sandoval , with each course highlighting different cuts and preparations of our Wagyu.

Beyond the tasting, you'll have the opportunity to explore the property, meet the team behind Golden Creek Reserve, learn about our ranching philosophy, and experience firsthand the care and stewardship that goes into every harvest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a full meal?

No. This experience is designed as a guided Wagyu tasting rather than a traditional lunch or dinner. Guests will enjoy several small courses featuring approximately 2–4 oz portions of Golden Creek Reserve Wagyu, allowing you to experience multiple cuts and cooking techniques prepared by our guest chefs.

Seasonal grazing boards with crudités, hummus, and other light accompaniments will be available throughout the experience, but guests should not expect this event to replace a full meal.

When will the menu be announced?

The final tasting menu will be emailed to all ticket holders approximately one week before the event.

Can dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated?

Due to the curated nature of this experience, we are unable to accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, or menu substitutions.

Do children need a ticket?

Children two years of age and younger may attend without purchasing a ticket. Because seating is extremely limited, every guest over the age of two must have a ticket to attend.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest.

Will alcohol be available?

Alcohol will not be sold or included. Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are included, and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages.

Will Golden Creek Reserve beef be available for purchase?

Yes. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase select Golden Creek Reserve beef and merchandise during the event while supplies last.
