Every harvest at Golden Creek begins long before the beef reaches your table.

Rather than purchasing from anonymous inventory, you'll reserve a share of a specific animal that has been thoughtfully raised on our 11-acre ROCA Reserve.

Each steer has its own story, genetics, grain feeding program, and projected harvest timeline.

Because we harvest only a small number of cattle each year, every animal is individually profiled so you can learn where your beef comes from, how it was raised, and when it will be ready.

Each profile includes details such as breed, age, genetics, expected marbling grade, feeding program, certifications, estimated harvest date, and available reservation options.

Whether you're reserving a whole, half, or quarter share, you'll know exactly which animal you're bringing to your table. It's our commitment to transparency, stewardship, and raising exceptional beef with intention.
